Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami, Represents His Majesty the King at Madagascar President's Inauguration

<p style="text-align: justify;">Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami, represented His Majesty King Mohammed VI, at the official inauguration ceremony of the re-elected Madagascan President, Andry Rajoelina, which took place on Saturday in the capital Antananarivo.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Rajoelina's official inauguration ceremony took place at the Barea Stadium in the Malagasy capital, in the presence of several heads of state, government and parliament.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">HM King Mohammed VI had sent the Madagascan President a congratulatory message in which the Sovereign expresses to Rajoelina His "firm determination to maintain this common approach with a view to expanding areas of bilateral cooperation, in the service of our two peoples and our African continent."</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Madagascan President Andry Rajoelina was re-elected in the first round of the presidential elections held on November 16, winning 59% of the vote.</p>
