Speaker of the House of Representatives Holds Talks with Chairman of the National Diwan for Human Rights in the State of Kuwait

<p style="text-align: justify;">Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami, received on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at the Seat of the House in Rabat, the Chairman of the National Diwan for Human Rights in the State of Kuwait, Mr. Jassem Mubarak Al-Mubarki, as part of his visit to the Kingdom of Morocco to explore the Moroccan experience in the field of human rights and their reinforcement.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The talks between the two parties focused on the distinguished ties linking the two countries. Besides, they also tackled the Moroccan parliamentary experience in its 60^th anniversary and the role of the House of Representatives in the field of human rights and freedoms through legislation, control, and public policy evaluation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It should be noted that the National Diwan for Human Rights in the State of Kuwait is an independent institution under the supervision of the Cabinet of Ministers. It aims to reinforce and protect human rights and to disseminate respect for public and individual freedoms.</p>
