The participation falls within the scope of anchoring the principle of "Open Parliament" and translating the openness of the legislative institution to citizens, particularly youth, adolescents, and schools.

On this occasion, several photos, videos, and documents will be displayed, highlighting the main milestones that characterized sixty years of parliamentary action, covering the institutional, democratic, and societal development of our country, starting with the establishment of the National Consultative Council in 1956 as the first nucleus of the Moroccan Parliament at the initiative of the late His Majesty King Mohammed V, through the approval of the first Constitution of the Kingdom of Morocco and the holding of elections that resulted in the first parliament consisting of two Houses, the House of Representatives and the House of Councilors in 1963 during the reign of the late His Majesty King Hassan II, to the profound reforms and comprehensive multifaceted development led by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah assist him.

In cooperation between the Parliament and the Ministry of National Education, Primary Schooling, and Sports, the parliamentary pavilion will host simulated plenary sittings for students of educational institutions in several regions and provinces of the Kingdom. This activity aims to bring parliamentary action closer to youth and promote the values of citizenship and democracy among this group, as participants will play the roles of figures who usually participate in the plenary sittings of the Parliament.

Through this participation, the Parliament aims to highlight the actual image of parliamentary action and enable visitors to the pavilion of the legislative institution, which has received significant attention over the past two years, to view the important documentary record of the Parliament, its publications, and many communication supports related to the competences, functions, and structure of the two Houses of the Moroccan Parliament and its most important historical milestones, in addition to closely exploring the important archive record of the legislative institution and benefiting from the explanations on parliamentary action, provided on-site during the exhibition days.
